Meet Trek Relief’s Change Maker Grant Winners

We’re thrilled to introduce the recipients of our inaugural Change Maker Grant, two exceptional individuals who exemplify the heart of Trek Relief’s mission: Tamera Bedford and Rob Mullins. Their passion, leadership, and commitment to purposeful travel make them true trailblazers in global adventure and service.

Tamera Bedford

Originally from Colorado, Tamera has spent over a decade in Asia, dedicating her time to leading dental volunteer trips in Nepal. Her extensive experience and leadership skills have already made a lasting impact in the region, and we’re excited to have her bring her expertise to Trek Relief’s team.

Rob Mullins

Rob is a seasoned Wilderness First Aid/CPR instructor and an avid outdoor enthusiast. His deep connection to nature and his passion for wilderness exploration make him an incredible fit for our program in the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia. Rob’s dedication to the outdoors mirrors Trek Relief’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections with the environment.

Thank You to All Applicants

Choosing from a pool of incredible applicants was no easy task. Both Tamera and Rob stood out for their wealth of experience and alignment with Trek Relief’s mission. To celebrate their unique contributions, we’re proud to honor them both as Change Maker Grant recipients.
