Change Maker Grant: Step Into Heart-Centered Leadership With Trek Relief
We’re excited to announce the Change Maker Grant, an opportunity to receive a $1,500 grant toward our 2023 Nepal Trip (November 27–December 8, 2023).
Are you passionate about global impact and exploring leadership roles in transformative travel? This grant is designed for individuals who want to take the first step toward becoming a Trip Leader or Program Creator with Trek Relief.
What Is the Change Maker Grant?
Thanks to the generosity of our incredible donors, we’re offering this grant as a gift to a deserving individual with a heart for service and leadership. The recipient will:
Shadow the Trip Leader to gain behind-the-scenes experience in running a Trek Relief trip.
Participate in trip preparation, partner meetings, supply transport, and promotional efforts.
Embark on a journey of self-discovery while contributing to meaningful work in Nepal.
This is more than a grant—it’s a chance to explore purpose-driven, global leadership and make a lasting impact.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for someone who:
Can attend the 2023 Nepal Trip.
Has a strong interest in becoming part of the Trek Relief team as a Trip Leader or Program Creator.
Is willing to actively assist the Trip Leader before and during the trip.
Can provide a post-trip reflection to share their experience, which will be featured on our website, social media, or newsletter.
Grant Details
Award Amount: $1,500 as Trip Credit toward the 2023 Nepal trip.
The recipient will fundraise or donate the remaining $1,500 (a tax-deductible contribution) to help the program thrive.
Airfare and miscellaneous travel expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.
